We are a team of “problem-solvers” dedicated to enhancing the physical world around us. Based in Bilbao, we create buildings, spaces, urban plans, objects, and infrastructure.

 

We founded the studio in 2020 after working together for several years at Heatherwick Studio, which became our design school, focusing on large-scale projects in cities around the world and prioritizing those with the greatest positive social impact.

 

Working as practical inventors without a signature style, our motivation is to design interesting and moving places that embrace and celebrate the complexities of the real world.

 

Our approach is centered on defining the human experience as the core of our projects rather than adhering to any fixed design dogma.

 

We come from a background immersed in materials and making. Our curiosity and passion for problem-solving evolved into the studio’s current design process, where every team member is encouraged to challenge ideas and contribute creatively.

 

Ingenuity and inspiration are used to deliver projects that are both feasible and buildable. Our client plays a vital role, joining the journey and challenging our ideas; together, we seek opportunities that might traditionally be overlooked.

 

Positive and pragmatic, we are collaborators whose role is to listen, question, and then lead the conceptualization and construction of unique and extraordinary places.
